I can’t see my trip or expenses
Check your network connection and login account, then pull down to refresh. If you signed in with a different account, previous trips may not appear.
Photos won’t upload
Check photo permissions and your network connection. If you’ve reached the per-trip photo limit, remove some photos and try again.
The settlement amount looks wrong
Check each expense’s payer, participating members, currency, and exchange rate. Chaebi computes a settlement with the fewest transfers based on the per-member split you enter.
I want to delete my payout account
You can delete it under Settings → Payout account. Chaebi does not execute transfers or payments; account info is used only for settlement guidance and copying.
I want to delete my account and data
You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), which removes your trips, photos, payout account, and account. You may also email us with your login info to request deletion.
